BEST USAGE

Step 1. Create a thick or thin line across the upper lash line and extend outwards making it thicker at the outer corner
Step 2. Apply along the lower lash line to frame the eyes
Step 3. Use in the upper and lower waterlines for added definition
Step 4. Using a Smudge Brush, smudge the eyeliner on the lash lines for a more smoky dramatic effect
