NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

All sale, markdown, or discounted merchandise is final sale — no exceptions.
For sanitary reasons, makeup, skincare, beauty products, accessories, and jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

STANDARD RETURNS (Full-Price Items Only)

Store credit will be issued for all eligible full-price items returned within 10 days of purchase.
If more than 10 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer store credit or an exchange — no exceptions.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unusedunwornunwashed, and unaltered
  • Items must be in original condition with original tags attached
  • Items must be in original packaging when applicable
  • Proof of purchase or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges

Store credit never expires.
We do not offer refunds to credit/debit cards or cash.

If merchandise was originally purchased with a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued back as store credit.

We are a small business and must strictly adhere to this policy. No exceptions.

ONLINE RETURNS

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Bohmey does not provide prepaid return labels.

All online returns that qualify will be issued in the form of store credit, redeemable in-store or online.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Items returned after the 10-day window
  • Items that are used, damaged, or not in resellable condition
  • Any international purchases

ASSESSMENT OF RETURNS

All returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet our return requirements before store credit is issued. Some exclusions may apply.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer FREE continental U.S. standard shipping on ALL orders $75+.

Bohmey Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

✩ Domestic & International packages ship daily.

✩ International: please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. International buyers, please note that you are responsible for all VAT, import fees and taxes imposed by your country.

✩ All domestic packages are shipped with tracking & international packages are mailed First-class International mail or Priority Mail (upon request) & both are tracked until the package's departure from the United States. Once a package has left the U.S. the package is no longer tracked. We have no control over the USPS.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please be aware that Bohmey Beauty assumes no responsibility if the delivery address is misspelled or submitted incorrectly.  Please make sure to verify that all addresses are complete and accurate. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any missing packages.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email.

Once your package leaves our stores we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. USPS will need to be contacted by the customer directly. We are a small business and cannot track everyones order. We have no control over the USPS. Thank you for understanding!

Sales tax will be applied to orders shipping to, or purchased in Michigan. For orders shipping to all other states, your state may require you to declare your purchases and pay the appropriate sales tax amounts to them directly.
